Help!
I just received my new Glowforge Pro. I unbox it only to find out that I can not successfully print a thing! When I turn it on, the arms start to adjust then it just jumps the track on the right side! I can’t seem to get it to the point where it will successfully print anything! Help!
Make sure that the material does not extend over the plastic sides of the tray, (over the grid part only), and make sure that the tray has been inserted correctly (with the curved handle at the front), and seated into the dimples at the bottom of the machine.
Third thing to check is to make sure that you have removed all of the shipping screws and plastic runners (orange bits) and that there is nothing on the tracks that it can hit.
