I believe several others have reported a similar problem, and it was easily resolved by reconnecting a specific loose wire connection.
Another user had an issue that was solved by tightening the belts, in the link below.
I’d suggest looking at this thread, but best is probably to wait for an official response.
Good news, however is that it was a quick and easy fix. So hopefully it will be the same for you.

That stinks. Hope it is an easy fix. Usually a loose belt, pulley or something not quite right in the drive train.
