I just got my glowforge a few days ago, it has been not doing very straight lines on the long axis. I chocked that up to it just being my drawing issues. I tried calibrating the camera several times, hoping that would help. Today I took the crumb tray out and found a piece of black plastic on the floor of the cutting area. I went in search of where that could have come from and found that one of the bearings is broken and that must be the cause of my irregular cuts. I would like to get this fixed as soon as possible, I have a lot of holiday work to do and this is holding me up.
For reference, this is the platform where the laser head sits.
