Broken fan blade

Ok, it first started out as my pass through wasn’t being successful then heard a loud vibration contacted support First the told me to do a calibration which did, still did not work about the noise they sent me a link to clean the fan back lower corner fan I did that. went to restart the fan does not work any more did more searching and noticed a blade broke I bought this machine august of last year. so I should still have a warranty right? I hope so. If it’s under warranty Do they replace the fan and I install it because I am worried that this will be hard to do I have a pro

Your Glowforge Pro has a 1-year warranty, so you still have a month or two left on it. They will not make you replace the fan yourself, they’ll repair or replace the entire machine for you at their expense. They’ll cover shipping both ways.
