Broken parts after first print - printer head roller

And it might take 3 business days. They normally try to acquire the part or work out how to deal with the issue before contacting you back. Just don’t get too anxious, they will get back to you and get it fixed.

hopefully they publish a repair tutorial for something like this and just send me the parts.
I would hate to have to ship this back after waiting so long to get it - who knows when I’ll get it back.
unless they just send me a new unit while this one goes back to them.
aaaaahh so frustrating.
