Both of the plastic rollers that the print head sits on have broken. Help I am in the middle of prepping for a wedding and need replacements ASAP. Thanks
Support will take care of it. Just be prepared for a wait.

About a month.
OK, it will be covered under warranty. Just have to wait for them to take care of it.
If you have access to a 3d printer there are files for the roller on thingiverse.com if you can’t wait for the replacements from Glowforge.
