Anyone have this happen before?
The plastic wheel cover for the bottom track wheel broke off. Noticed it after finishing up some work.

Hello @stephaniebrock - I’ve just come across your email about this issue and have sent along some next steps for you, please keep an eye out for that email. Ultimately since this isn’t a part we can replace remotely we’ll be looking at getting you a replacement printer under warranty.
Since we’ll be finishing up via email I’m going to go ahead and close this topic.
