I was printing today and the printer stopped. I checked out the carriage and noticed both wheels had broken right down the middle. Checking online I found that this is a pretty common issue. Does anyone know of a resource for purchasing additional wheels.
They come directly from GF, custom part as far as we can tell. Conveniently, by posting here in this section of the forum you’ve opened a support ticket and even included the photos they always ask for so official support will be along shortly. They’ll close the ticket and work with you by email since mailing things to you involves personal information.
