Hello. I was cleaning my glowforge and took off the carriage and the wheel is broken in half. What can I do now?? I have orders to fill. Please help! Thanks

Support will send you a replacement. A picture might help speed things up.

Welcome to the forum. It seems there was a bad batch of wheels installed and these have been getting replaced as needed. Not too difficult of a fix.
