Started up my plus this morning and the tube filled with bubbles and was making gurgling sounds. The bottom half of the tube is filled with coolant as well. It wont cut, score or engrave.
if you hear grinding, it means the pump is hitting air, how old is your Glowforge?

No grinding, just sound like gurgling, like air is slowly getting into a hose. A little over 10 months.
I would get it replaced before the warranty expires.
