BUG: resizing design is super jumpy

If I drag the attached image into the GFUI, attempting to resize it doesn’t work unless I drag the corners really really slowly. If I try to resize at a normal user speed, the size of the object jumps all around. Sometimes small, sometimes huge. And it sometimes moves, too.

Note that I suspect this is the cause of this:

What is interesting is that upon reloading the page, the design is now rendered shifted to where it tried to engrave. So, it’d appear that the problem is in the layout UI and not the print pipeline. [01%20PM]

I’m sorry you’re having trouble.

I was unable to reproduce the behavior you’re seeing. Let’s walk through some steps together to get you back on track.

• Make sure your internet browser is in good shape
• Make sure you’re using one of these common browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
• Update to the latest version of the browser:
• Go to https://www.whatismybrowser.com/
• When you get there, the page will tell you if your browser is up to date. If not, there will be a big button that says “how to upgrade”
• Clear your cache and cookies. You can find instructions here: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge
• Reboot your computer

That will most likely take care of the issue. If your file still doesn’t upload nicely, please do the following so that we can investigate more deeply:

• Go to https://www.whatismybrowser.com/
• Click the button that says “Link”
• Copy the highlighted link
• Reply to this, and paste in the link provided
