I keep getting this message
BUMPED
The laser head experienced a bump. Open the lid and check for anything in the way before printing.
I did this and still not working. Any one else have this issue?
If you haven’t already, I recommend that you turn off power to the Glowforge, move the laser arm and head so that the head is all the way to the back and to the left, then turn the machine back on. Does that resolve the issue?

This is new. Keep in mind that it is the blower in the back of the head that will hit, as it is very much lower than anything else
