Is anyone else having issues with their files opening without a bed image? I am now also having issues with my files loading but before that, when I open a file the background is white and there is no camera bed image. Luckily I was using a jig the last time I used it before the weekend so can continue for now but not for long.
I don’t know if this is just a “me” issue or affecting more than me.

I am having the same issue. Thought it was a homing issue so turned machine off and unplugged… and nope… just a white rectqangle with my artwork on it…
I’ve tried checking the cables, turning off the GF, computer, and restarting wifi. No luck so far. I’ve noticed the pages taking a long time to load, maybe server issues on their end?
same here… i just put in a support ticket and screenshot… perhaps do the same so they know there are a few of us with the same issue… as I didnt see anything logged on the status page when I checked earlier

Yes, I am having same issue… I restarted, shut down, still same. Checked trace feature to see if camera was even working, it was. All i get is background of white.
It’s back to working for me now…
