Camera did not take a picture

I had initial issue that the head stops working in the middle of cutting. On the web interface, it continues to count down until the job finishes. At that point, the print head does not return to home and the camera refreshes the bed image and you can see the print head still sitting where it stopped.
It happened for the last couple of days, but today I have another issue.
I received the error message that the camera didn’t take a picture. It is getting worse…:frowning:
I’ve cleaned camera, lens and tray following the cleaning instruction, and also reset wifi and router, but it didn’t work. Please help me…
I’ve already sent email and tried live chat, but no reply yet.
