Brand new unit trying to make first print and it keeps saying camera didn’t take picture and also it obviously took a picture at some point because on the screen it has the design that I am trying to cut that I can move and edit but it also has images of the item on the top right side and I cant get rid of any of it. And I have checked all the cables and they are secure. Please help
Contact support@glowforge.com. They can look at the logs on your Glowforge to see where the issue with the camera may be, and help you troubleshoot. I wouldn’t do much DIY poking around on a brand new machine, you have a warranty that’ll cover any problems.

Ok thanks, I was just excited to get it and try it out did all the setup and then it wouldn’t work But thank you
