Camera is not showing work area

Hi All… I have the Aura model, when i went to do a project this morning and launched the dashboard and found this screen. I have logged out of the site, cleared my cache of history and cookies, reset the browser, tried another browser, restarted both computer and glowforge and still nothing. I dont believe that it is the camera cable. When i hit capture image it loads the image from the work area. The computer and glowforge are talking to reach other, i was able to do a test engrave and it burned without issue. I made another attempt after all the resets and now the machine will go but the laser will not activate. Help!!! I am at the tail end of this project and would love to have it off the docket!

Hi @riredbird I saw you post here and understand you’re under a time crunch to get this resolved. I checked with our Support and Engineers teams. It looks like an update was just released and I wanted to check if you can log out and back into the Glowforge App to try now.

We can access the printer’s log files to look deeper into any backend issues affecting this.
