I was running my machine last night and turned it off to wipe the lenses, camera, lid and tube. After I turned it back on the camera is no longer functioning. I tried all the trouble shooting suggested by glowforge. I thought maybe I ran my machine too long so I left it alone over night. This morning I am still getting the same error. Any suggestions and help is greatly appreciated.
By the camera not functioning, do you mean that the image on the screen is not refreshing? Or is it showing nothing at all?
The only thing I can think of to try before Support chimes in is to turn off the machine, exit the app, and reboot your router…then turn the Glowforge back on and let it run through the startup calibration before opening the software again.
