Camera issue - support not responding

Anyone else having an issue with support not responding? I’ve had a ticket open since the 27th of October. I got the usual response asking for photos which I provided and then nothing. Kept following up and then got a new person who made an appointment for me to have my machine on at a specific time which i took time off work to do and no show or response. Called the 800 number from his email the lady said she would call back before the end of the day. Nothing…
I am getting an error saying the camera didn’t take a picture. I have ordered and replaced the camera ribbon, the right side light ribbon and the white camera ribbon. The left side light ribbon has been out of stock.
I can x out of the error message and cut one item at a time. (Ex: one pair of earrings) if i try to cut more it doesn’t quite cut all the way through. But it will cut one at a time. Any other suggestions would be welcome!
