Ive run into an issue recently where the glowforge website is showing a white square instead of the bed like it should. I resolved this before with a full factory reset but now its back and Id like to avoid resetting it again. Weirdly enough the camera still shows when I click the “Capture from Camera” Button.

This issue occurs on google chrome. Ive reset all my history, browser data, and cache. It wont work at all. I tried on safari and it does work, but this is less than ideal.

I havent reached out yet, I will now. I thought this would be faster/easier if people had experience with this issue

I mean it sounded to me like you’re on the right track, that it’s some sort of browser issue. Maybe disable your extensions?
It might rule out some sort of conflict there.
Possibly hit the refresh bed image button?
Gf support may have additional tricks.
Kick off an incognito window and try there? Should rule out really obscure cache or cookie issues that you may have somehow missed.

Ill try this next time it happens, after having the computer powered off over night the bed image came back
