Has anyone run into the problem of the camera view being skewed and the print starting about 4 inches in from where you set it to print?
The cut was set to the left edge of the draftboard, so you can see how far in it printed.
Looks like your camera has become dislodged - no longer securely attached to the lid.
Turn the machine off and clean/inspect the lid camera lens. Does it wiggle or is it still secure?
The camera is securely attached, no wiggle at all.
That is good news. Set focus on the honeycomb tray and share a screenshot of how it looks.
If this is a new machine, you need to contact support (link above). I suspect you have a defective camera assembly. It does not move, so if it is secure, the physical mechanism appears to be “crooked”. The “focus” operation only uses the camera and a targetting laser built in to the head (the black box that moves) to measure the material height, which will change the scale in the UI, but has nothing to do with perspective (skew).
