Posting your lid camera bed view with the operations visible also helps us to spot problems.

Thank you for providing a copy of the file. It looks like there isn’t anything unusual in your design. I extracted the logs from the print for that file, and I think @eflyguy may be correct about the design being positioned too close to the bottom of the printable area. If a portion of your design is outside of the printable area, the lines will appear to be gray in the app.
Will you please try moving the entire design up a bit in the app and then let me know if it prints as expected?
Thank you for helping me troubleshoot! I found my mistake. I needed to change the lines to score instead of engrave. Perfect!! Thank you again.
