Can some one in staff answer this

Any day now my Glowforge will arrive!
But there is a problem. In the email I received it says that they are shipping me a Glowforge basic…
I ordered a Glowforge pro. Now i would like to know if the information in the email is wrong ore if you have shipped me the wrong Glowforge.
