Can’t access the web app

For some reason I can’t access the web application to load a design. Every time I try it asks me whether I got the glowforge and wants to help me set it up. The glowforge is in another city, one I share with my family with their consent so I can’t turn it on and I don’t need to set up the machine, just load a design for the family member who has custody to print.
What’s the point of having a web app and allowing other people to access the design software remotely if you have to be physically with the machine?

I also can’t find the glowforge software for the iOS in the App Store.

With that done, you’ll be able to access the app and send prints.
