while working in a cutting project, the printer head was moving but it was not engraving (the setting I had it on for) and I couldn’t see the laser. What could this possible be. Any help
would be appriciated. TIA
If you have two copies of your engraving overlapped it will cancel out. Also, if the power setting has inadvertently defaulted to 1 this will happen.
