I’ve been unable to reach anyone by phone or email (the exact reason I’m cancelling) about cancelling an order. Please let me know how to do this asap.
You’ve posted here, which opens a ticket, but they cannot respond with personal information via the forum so email is how they’ll answer. The standard is 3 business days to answer so depending on when you sent your email…
Also, since you’ve now opened multiple tickets, you’ll see someone come in and close this thread before they respond to your email - so you’ll have a notification as to when you’ll see a response
They do have a chat function as well - at the bottom right of https://glowforge.com/support (which is open right now)
