Canceling an order

I placed an order for a Glowforge yesterday and tried to cancel it a few hours later but there doesn’t seem to be an option for that. no phone support either. I need it canceled before it ships.

Send an email to support@glowforge.com with “Need to Cancel a Glowforge Order” as the subject line.

In the body of the letter, tell them the date you placed the order, the type of machine and whether you ordered a filter with it. They will research the information and start the process of refunding the money to your method of payment, and it can take up to a couple of weeks for it to show up in your account again.
