I stopped my glow forge from the print that was fixed in a take place And now it’s stuck in canceling mode and it’s been that way for over 4 hours and I’ve turned it on and off several times check the Wi-Fi several times make sure it was getting signal rebooted my rebooted my tablet and still it doesn’t work. What do I do ?

Have you emailed support yet? U have done all the steps that i would suggest
