I built a file in the dashboard and due to time limits had to cancel before I was able to hit the magic button. When I was able to get back to the file to print, the GFU is still showing “cancelling”. I have read the similar topics in the forum and tried everything stated in each of them independently to no avail. I have unplugged the router, modem and turned off the GF. I have changed browser. I have held the magic button until the purple light goes out. I think my computer is laughing at me, PLEASE HELP!
Email customer support. They can probably fix that from their end.
