HI! Im new to Glowforge. Recently got a Glowforge plus and constantly get the paused message. Have done some recommendations like setting focus, etc. but nothing happen.

This looks like an overheat error might not be but that’s what they look like.

If you just got the machine it’s still under warranty - you should definitely reach out to actual Support!
I wonder if your start button (which is also the pause button) has a faulty wire.
Does it re-start when you click the button, or no?

As pressing the button will pause a print, it looks to me like the button is not functioning correctly - it could be shorting out somehow that has the machine thinking you’ve pressed it. It could also be the wiring, the main circuit board it connects to, the wiring. You definitely need to reach out to support directly, as suggested above. This section is for soliciting help from other members.
