When I tried to download a design from the catalog, I got the following error:
I changed it to a US address, and it worked fine.

That’s the Billing Address, treated separately from the Shipping Address.
ie.- for corporates, the Accounting Dept pays the Billing, the Employee receives the Shipping.
ie.- for marriages: the Accounting Dept is the Spouse, the Employee is the Lucky Winner. 
(but regardless, it’s more correct to say:
Glowforge: it’s time to start supporting countries other than the United States NOW.)
