Cant find my Design

I downloaded my first Catalog project. It was there on my screen and I started repositioning to make it fit. Then I realized I moved too much and I deleted from the screen. The project is still on my dashboard, but when I hit open nothing appears. Should I have saved beforehand? How can I get the file back? i paid for unlimited use, Sorry! I am a newbie. I am sure there is an easy fix I am not aware of.

On the top right side of your dashboard you will see an icon with 3 vertical dots, click on that then design details which will open a box on the right of the screen. Press reset design and everything will be back to normal. This only works for purchased designs.

To clarify, it only works with catalog designs – whether purchased or free.

For any design that you upload yourself from somewhere other than the :glowforge: store keep in mind that whatever your screen looks like when you close the browser (or go back to the dashboard) that is what is saved. So don’t delete pieces - just drag them off the edge of the board. You’ll save your sanity that way

When you edit a design on your Workspace, the changes are automatically saved as you make them. That means that if you close your browser, navigate to another page, or just hit refresh, your work will pick up right where you left off.

Should you make a change by mistake, you can use undo any time until you leave or refresh the page. If you want a clean start, you can always go to your dashboard and click the upload button to upload the file again. If you got the design from the catalog, then you can start fresh by opening the design, clicking on the three-dot icon, then Design Details, and choosing “Reset Design” to remove all changes.
