Can't get passed scanning

Wish GF would announce when they decided to mess with their software which in turn affect our machines.

Won’t scan… won’t get passed scan - all due to their internal software tinkering.

So frustrating.

It has nothing to do with the software. If it did, thousands of people would be having the same problem.

Scanning is usually a lid cable or wifi issue. Official troubleshooting steps are on their support pages.

I see you already emailed us about this and we’re working on it there, so I’m going to close this topic.
