As a premium subscriber I made a card holder once. I then tried it on another day, went to my dashboard and clicked on the design but it didn’t open. It shows no art work on upper right and shows the design name on the upper left. I also tried going into shop and scrolling to find design and tried opening it that way. Can’t open it
If it is a Catalog design, open the empty file and click on the 3 vertical dots icon in the top row, then on Design Details, then on Reset.
