I tried to purchase the Shoji votive design. I was shown how much credit I would have left and when I tried to confirm the purchase I got the working at it signal and it just kept on going and going. I looked to see if it was made available to me and there was no sign of it. I tried the unlimited purchase and then the single purchase and the same thing happened in both.
Refresh your browser. Go back into the catalog. And see if it shows “Already Purchased” for the item.
You can also check your account to see if the credit amount was reduced.
