Hi, the camera is suddenly not rendering a well lit view of the bed. I can only barely make out the materials as it is very dark. I have refreshed browser, power cycled GF, any help? I should mention the only thing I know to have changed since last working use was my machine updated win 10 latest updates last night… I tried IE and chrome
Have you cleaned the lens on the lid camera?

Yep…that happened to me. Turned out that the camera lens was filthy, and a cleaning with a Zeiss wipe fixed it!

It is amazing how dirty that lens gets. I clean it probably twice as often as I clean the other optics.
