I just got a replacement Glowforge Basic and after the first print it stopped working. It sits on “Scanning” or “Centering” and then tells me “the camera didn’t take a picture”. I’ve tried reconnecting the cables to the camera, cleaning it off, flipping the switch and resetting the network connection (Which has full bars most of the time)
Any help would be much appreciated! I’m lost for words as I seem to be the only Glowforge owner with such bad luck!

@RoyAndCody I’m so sorry to hear your replacement Glowforge is having issues.
