Hoping someone can help. I am trying to upgrade to premium but when I click on the £19.99/month option nothing happens. I have messaged support twice with no reply so any help would be appreciated.

Sometimes I have to change browsers to access my subscription page. I believe I use Chrome for payment things, but Firefox for printing.

Definitely check with Support. It may have to do with the UK account processing, and they can check and help you get it through. I’m sorry you ran into some trouble, but that can be the fastest way to get it taken care of.
