Yes, the tension probably needs to be adjusted. Can you share a photo of the Gift of Good Measure so we can see the engrave as well as the score/cuts.
Yeah I will cut one. The images I’m uploading are supposed to be 3.5" x 1" but the finished product is 3.625 x 1.
