I had a V wheel break. Am I able to purchase just the V wheels? I cannot find the location on the site to order parts. Thank you.

Front wheels can be ordered by contacting Glowforge support via email, rear wheels can’t be ordered separately, you have to purchase the entire carriage plate assembly, again by contacting support.

As this has started a ticket you do not have to email them, They will see this.

You might want to post photos of the problem places however :slightly_smiling_face:

Thanks. I did email them and included photos. i wasn’t sure they would see this question. Trying to cover all of my bases.
