No…those have a commercial license…you can share or sell anything you make with them. They would be ‘removeable’ by anyone who buys / prints your design and could be replaced by their own artwork, or with more of the premium artwork…but, you have free rein.

That seems to be at odds with the terms shown during catalog submission which says the artwork must be your own.
The actual design you submit must be your own artwork. That does not refer to the clipart offered with premium…otherwise there would be no point in including it to subscibers.
