I’m a first time user - just purchased the Aura. I’m finding scrolling through the catalog to be a challenge. I can’t seem to scroll to the the bottom. As I try to access the items further down the page, it just bounces. I’ve tried arrowing down, and the same results. I’ve tried to use my touchscreen feature, and nothing. It is getting a bit frustrating since I would like to explore the catalog for projects to make. Any help given is appreciated. TIA
Try a different browser?
I have no issue scrolling as far as I want using Chrome on Mac, but it works exactly the same using Firefox or Safari, or on either my iPad, or Fire Tablet (where you are locked in to their browser.)
You could also just use the search to look for specific items, but that’s not really “exploring”…
I’ve had that happen before. Refreshing the browser page or clearing the cache usually makes things normal again. If that doesn’t work try browsing by category.
Yeah, I did that and even tried using other browsers - edge and firefox. I do find if I go to the actual catalog, I have no problems, but if I’m exploring while in the design app, that is when I get the bouncing.

I actually have had that happen before, too…but realized that it’s because I was scrolling too fast. Probably not the real issue, though.
You can get to the catalog though your dashboard (which is the painful way) or you can go up to the top of the page where it says Dashboard - Catalog - Shop - etc and choose Catalog from there. It is much easier this way. It is one huge page that fills up as you scroll - there are so many designs available, that it will take quite some time to scroll to the bottom and it will jump a bit as you do so while it is filling in the new items at the bottom. If you use the catalog there are tick boxes on the left to help you sort, a drop down in the upper right to set the order to new, old or name and and search box in the upper right to help you find just the right project.
