Today I turn on my Glowforge, nothing happen, I find and try everything I read on forum: open lid, wait,… then the laser head hit the wall, bed image doesn’t refresh. reset, waiting,…nothing happened (I think camera doesn’t work)
I found someone ask new black cable, can fix this error?!

For me this usually happens when the lens is dirty or if there is a lot of extra light (ex sunlight).
Sometimes I have to cover the area over the center of the glass so extra light doesn’t mess with the camera.
