I have posted before about the camera not recognizing materials. Glowforge said they would replace it on the forum and closed my post, no contact. I have been working with out that for the past year. Now it won’t center and I have done everything you are supposed to do to make it work. Emailed again last night.

Did anyone get a new machine, was there any follow up? Did the new one work?

Unless I’m missing a post it sounds like they said they would replace @info10’s machine and asked you open a new Problems and Support thread for your issue – which you just did. Hope you get a working machine soon.
