I changed my router password now the Gloforge is offline but still can’t connect.
I go through the setup again but it says when you switch on the button will glow… it is NOT glowing so I can not proceed with the setup
When I go to the usual https://app.glowforge.com/ I can upload an image but it shows the wood I used in my the last job… AND it says offline
Can you please help?
Hold the button down for at least 10-15 seconds to get it to glow aqua so you can set up your new wifi connections.

I’m so sorry you ran into trouble with your connection.
It looks like your Glowforge has connected and you’ve been able to print since contacting us. That’s great!
Could you please let me know if you’re still experiencing any problems?
