When printing on Mirrored Acryllic, what should I choose before starting the print? In the search it brings up several thick acrylic colors. Does it matter that is states thick?

This is not proofgrade.
Thick is the settings for quarter inch thick acrylic. Medium is for one eighth inch thick. Choose the correct settings for the thickness of the material.
You can set fire to acrylic with the wrong settings, so pay attention to what you choose, and watch the cut.

You need to be competent working with custom settings before attempting non-Proofgrade materials.
There is a whole section in the tutorials on working with custom mode.
Some non-Proofgrade materials will work with Proofgrade settings, but you need to understand what the settings are doing and test to ensure they are appropriate before committing to a print.
