So I cleaned my air assist fan pretty well the problem is it keeps flaming and burning my acrylic
I know it’s pretty little but I need my acrylic blanks to be perfect because I’m molding them
Does anybody have some suggestions on what to do? I have friends who have glowforges too and they don’t seem to have this problem
If you want advice, you’re going to need to share your settings and material type.
That said, Support can only tell you to use the default settings for Proofgrade materials. If you’re not using them, you need to post over in Beyond the Manual. I printed thousands of ear savers on PG acrylic and had no issue using default settings.
I’m using medium thick blue acrylic and using proofgrade settings
Which is it? Medium or thick?
Leaving the masking on?
It may be the angle of the photo but that looks like medium acrylic. Thick acrylic is 1/4”.
I see you already emailed us about this and we’re working on it there, so I’m going to close this topic.
