May I ask what prevents you from doing it yourself? Obviously you have a reason, but it only takes a minute and a single Zeiss wipe every 40 hours of average use.

Well, it takes more than a Zeiss wipe for people who still have working exhaust fans

I believe they want a complete cleaning which includes the fans.
