I have been trying to reach Glowforge support for the past two days, leaving voicemail messages and sending emails. I’ve waited on hold and been disconnected. I am desperate and frustrated and in need of support.
On Monday we were using the Glowforge and Compact Air Filter, when the air flow started to weaken/strengthen/shut off. The light on the CAF power switch blinked and then went out. I’ve been through the manual, I’ve checked both fuses, I’ve checked the electrical receptacle. I am out of ideas. I can’t use the Glowforge Plus without the Compact Air Filter, so I have a giant, expensive paperweight right now.
Is the filter full? As in no longer able to process any more dust. Apparently they can fill up in as little as 10 hours of use depending what materials you are burning.
