I just got a new lap top how do I connect to my glow forge

with the browser window, just like you did with your old laptop.
your glowforge is connected to wifi. if you go to https://app.glowforge.com/, you should be able to log in and connect.

LOL, no kidding. it is so rare that simple can be a real thing we dismiss it out of hand. Glad you are connected.
