I can not get my WiFi and my Glowforge to both connect. If one connects it kicks off the other. Does anyone know why or how to fix???

They never connect at the same time, what exactly are you trying to do?
(GF’s own wifi only connects to you computer during the setup process, after that your GF is connected to your wifi and your computer can be connected to yours or any other wifi except GF)
I’m following the directions on the screen. Finds Glowforge and the followed by connect you Glowforge to WiFi and then it takes me to a screen that tells me there was an issue connecting. Please message support. Which I did. I just keep trying 
Is your GF far from your WiFi router? If it is try moving them closer together. You could also try rebooting the router. 
During set up your computer needs to be close to the GF, after set up you can move computer wherever you want.
A lot of folks have been helped by watching this video - see if it helps you!
(I never got the confetti screen, but it did work)
